Tanya Melillo and I took out some Cowgirl Creamery "Red Hawk" -- A triple-cream, washed rind, cow's milk, filled with "that stank butter you just love "cheese and paired it with two wines.

The Toulouse Gewurtz with the Red Hawk was freakishly delicious, and though we loved the Willi Schaefer on its own, and with other foods, when paired with this particular cheese, it brought out some metallic flavors.
After watching this video again, I think there were moments I was channeling Carl from Slingblade...
