The world of simplifying (aka dumbing-down) the juice is gone, has been done, and leaves the drinker with very little in return. We live wine because we feel something-- be it beauty, a freak-show, or a revelation- People don't want simple, that want to feel what you feel, to experience what you experience, and to ultimately add more discovery and joy to their lives.
Whether it be shadow boxing a kaleidoscope of diamond crusted donkeys, or a peek directly into the soul of someone and something you love, the future of wine media is to take people on a voyage...
