Sorry for the radio silence here, but we have two weeks to go to the Popeyes Online Wine Pairing Challenge. All 4 wines are in and there is now a 5th and final from none other than the fried chicken powerhouse of Kevin Kelley and his Salinia / The NPA crew!

Tasting details-
1. Go out and source all 5 wines (you may need to order some, so check quickly)
2. Invite a ton of people over for a party on 11/18 (enough for 5 wines)
3. Buy enough Popeyes Spicy Fried Chicken for everyone (mixed light and dark, sides, red beans and rice, and fries)
4. Taste these online live with the contestants on 11/18 via twitter and the hashtag #drtybrd
5. Vote for your favorites and talk some trash about the others.
6. Kick everyone out of your house and digest them dirty birds!
